Acceptance of Terms

By using the Antique Identifier app, you agree to these Terms of Service and agree to be legally bound by them.

In-App Purchases

To access the antique identification feature, users must purchase a premium subscription through Apple's App Store.

a. Subscription Options:

• $4.99 USD per week: Grants premium access for one week. Subscription renews automatically at the same price.
• $24.99 USD per year: Grants premium access for one year. Subscription renews automatically at the same price.

Premium users are entitled to unlimited access, subject to fair usage policies. To maintain service quality for all users, we may apply rate limits in cases of unusually high usage. These limits are generous and should not affect typical user behavior.

b. Pricing Changes:

We reserve the right to modify pricing, subscription terms, or associated benefits at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app or our website. All purchases are processed through Apple's secure payment system and are subject to Apple's terms of service.

Usage Limitations

We reserve the right to limit the number of prompts available to free users and may modify or discontinue our services at any time.

b. Important Disclaimer:

Antique Identifier is intended for informational and educational use only. The app's identification results should not be relied upon as the sole source for determining the authenticity, origin, or value of antiques. Users are strongly encouraged to consult certified appraisers or qualified professionals for official evaluations.

Intellectual Property

a. Ownership:

All content within the Antique Identifier app—including text, images, and code—is the intellectual property of LatteCodelabs team and is protected by copyright and applicable laws.

b. Usage Restrictions:

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the app without prior written permission.

Use of Third-Party AI Services

Certain features in the app are enabled by third-party AI service providers, such as OpenAI or other similar providers. While we aim to deliver accurate results, we are not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or service interruptions caused by these external services.
